Dr. Brian Dickinson is a facelift, blepharoplasty, and rhinoplasty surgeon in Newport Beach, California. He is passionate about attaining excellent, natural appearing results for his patients. Dr. Dickinson will spend a significant amount of time with his rhinoplasty and facelift patients to help you meet your aesthetic goals.

Dr. Brian Dickinson received his undergraduate degree in neuroscience at Brown University. He was inducted into the Sigma Xi science honor society and won the Merck Award for organic chemistry.

Dr. Dickinson was awarded his Doctor of Medicine degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. At Mount Sinai, he was a gross anatomy teaching fellow, was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, and graduated at the top of his class.

Dr. Dickinson entered the general surgery training and then plastic surgery training program at the University of California Los Angeles Medical Center. While at UCLA, Dr. Dickinson received the Plastic Surgery Division Research Award and scored in the 98th percentile on the plastic surgery in-service examination two years in a row.

Dr. Dickinson is Board Certified in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has been a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (2014-2025), a member of the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons (2008-2025), and a member of the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery (2009-2025). He is currently a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a member of the Rhinoplasty Society.

Dr. Dickinson’s favorite procedures are the surgical facelift, blepharoplasty, and cosmetic rhinoplasty. He dedicates a significant amount of time to planning each procedure for a personalized result.

He is one of the few surgeons in Orange County who perform oncoplastic breast reconstruction, tissue expander and breast implant reconstruction, latissimus dorsi breast reconstruction, and DIEP flap breast reconstruction. He has performed DIEP flap breast reconstruction in Orange County, CA for over 17 years. His breast reconstruction patients are referred by oncologists, breast surgeons, as well as aesthetic breast reconstructive plastic surgeons in Orange County who do not perform complex breast reconstruction.
