Rhinoplasty and airway surgery are some of my favorite procedures to perform. One common reason for patients to choose to undergo rhinoplasty is for nasal deviation. Nasal deviation is often corrected with nasal osteotomies to redirect the nasal bones into a different direction. Another common reason for patients to undergo rhinoplasty is to improve the appearance of the nasal tip. The nasal tip can often be refined be repositioning the lower lateral cartilages into a location that allows for more tip definition.
