Bilateral upper blepharoplasty is a common procedure performed in our office with a high satisfaction rate. Patients who seek a bilateral upper blepharoplasty typically indicate that they have excess kin on their upper eyelids, and they may have difficulty putting on upper eyelid makeup. Removing the excess upper eyelid skin can have a significant impact to make the patient appear younger and also look more well rested. The down time associated with an upper eyelid blepharoplasty is relatively short. Rigorous physical activity can often be resumed within two weeks after surgery.
