Rhinoplasty is a common procedure to improve the appearance of the nose. Common reasons for patients to request rhinoplasty are a dorsal hump, bulbous nasal tip, wide nose, or droopy tip. Often patients with a dorsal hump will have a deviated septum and airway obstruction or some other cause of airway obstruction. The photograph demonstrates before and after rhinoplasty to improve a dorsal hump.
